Virtual Workouts

Just because we're practicing social distancing doesn't mean you have to feel like you're working out alone. Grab a teammate or 2 and virtually workout together or go outside and socially distance while you help each other achieve your fitness goals. 

Use the weekly workouts as a way to stay active and volleyball-ready for

the 2021 season tryouts.

Each week includes: fitness challenges, max touch challenges and

daily timed challenges
